PM Svanidhi Scheme 2026: Great news for small traders! Under the PM Svanidhi scheme, you can now get a loan of up to ₹90,000 without any collateral. You can raise your capital in three easy installments using just your Aadhaar card. Timely repayment will also entitle you to significant interest rate discounts and cashback benefits.
PM Svanidhi Scheme 2026: Expanding your business will no longer be difficult for street vendors. Under this special scheme of the central government, you can now raise up to ₹90,000 without pledging anything as collateral. The beauty of this scheme is that it doesn't require a guarantor; your Aadhaar card is sufficient for identification.
Your loan limit will increase step-by-step.
Instead of imposing a large burden at once, the government supports your business gradually. The loan process is divided into three parts:
Initial assistance of ₹10,000 to start your business.
A direct limit increase to ₹20,000 upon clearing previous dues.
A larger fund of ₹50,000 to take your business to greater heights. In this way, you can avail a total benefit of up to ₹90,000 over time.
Shopkeepers who repay their installments (EMIs) on time receive generous benefits from the government. They get a direct 7 percent interest rate discount, which is credited back to their bank account as a subsidy. Additionally, monthly cashback is available for digital transactions (UPI/QR Code).
Eligibility and Application Process
If you are a street vendor in a city or town and have a municipal ID card, you are eligible. Those without a card can also fill out the form after verification.
How to Apply?
Simply visit the pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in portal or contact your nearest Common Service Center (CSC). If your documents are in order, you will receive the loan amount within just one month (30 days).
