The 20-year-old’s social media activity after his eldest brother Brooklym Beckham’s accusations on his parents has been making buzz. This time Cruz posted a cryptic story on Instagram on January 22.

News, Cruz shared a snapshot of him holding a can of a popular Brazilian soft drink made from the Amazonian guaraná berry. While the beverage itself didn't seemingly carry much significance to the narrative, his song choice that backed the post did. "I’m Not Such an Innocent Girl," the 2001 song released by Victoria, 51, was the track Cruz paired with the photo.

According to People, Cruz Beckham previously liked an Instagram reel by comedian Olly Hume that mocked Brooklyn’s story about the wedding dance incident. The reel, which parodied a DJ at the wedding, drew further attention to the family’s internal disputes.

What’s going on with the Beckham family?The speculated family drama went public when Brooklyn Beckham, Victoria and David Beckham’s eldest son, alleged that his parents tried to sabotage his wedding and controlled his life. In a series of Instagram Stories on Jan 19, 2026, Brooklyn accused his parents of "endlessly" trying to ruin his relationship with Nicola Peltz, citing "countless lies" planted in the media to maintain the "Brand Beckham" image.
Brooklyn explicitly stated he does not want to reconcile with his family, claiming he is standing up for himself for the first time. Among the several allegations, Brooklyn alleged that Victoria canceled making Nicola’s wedding dress at the "eleventh hour" in 2022 and also "hijacked" their first dance.
