The installment is about to come, but why are the names disappearing from the list?
The government has started a big cleanliness campaign under PM Kisan Yojana. In recent times notices have been issued to around 30 lakh persons because their documents were incomplete or they were not eligible for the scheme. If you have not updated your land records or have made any default in e-KYC, the next installment may not come into your bank account. It’s not just a matter of financial aid, but also your eligibility.
Skip the visits to shops, do e-KYC from your mobile only.
Farmer brothers often stand in long lines outside public service centers for e-KYC, but you can do this task in just 2 minutes from your smartphone. Visit the official website of PM Kisan and select e-KYC option in ‘Farmer Corner’. Enter your Aadhaar number, then fill the OTP received on the phone. When the message ‘Successful’ comes, understand that your installment has been confirmed.
Look at the list of the entire village, has your name been omitted?
You can see the list of all the beneficiaries of your village. Go to ‘Beneficiary List’ on the portal and select your state, district and village. If your name is in the list, then do not worry about getting ₹ 2000 in February. If the name is not there, immediately contact your block office or accountant.
How to check your personal status?
Many times it is not clear why the previous installments were stopped and when the next one will come. For this, go to the ‘Know Your Status’ section, enter your registration number and OTP. Here you will get information whether your Aadhaar is linked to the bank or not and whether land verification (land seeding) has been done or not. This small check can save you from possible losses.
February-March 2026: When will the message bell ring on mobile?
The biggest question is when will the money come? As per government rules and past trends, the money is likely to be transferred about four months after the November installment, i.e. in late February or early March. However, the government has not yet announced any specific date. Funds will be sent directly to the accounts of about 9 crore farmers. So keep your e-KYC and bank details correct so that you can have happiness before Holi.
