Industry made a huge return recently, featuring a completely fresh trajectory for series four, following the previous instalment, which documented Pierpoint's downfall, reports the Mirror.

The BBC and HBO programme continues to expand its substantial following and has even attracted parallels to Succession, owing partly to its merciless and ridiculously wealthy characters.

Series four has already delivered numerous plot twists and developments, alongside new characters, including Aunt Cordelia (played by Claire Forlani) in last week's second episode.

The latest series presents fintech company Tender and its chief, Whitney Halberstram (Max Minghella), who is attempting to forge a fresh route in banking after cutting connections with the sleazy Siren.

This development occurs as the government prepares to launch an online safety bill aimed at protecting children, which could potentially harm Tender's prospects if the business fails to alter its investor portfolio.

Nevertheless, as hinted in the series premiere and highlighted by journalist Jim Dycker (Charlie Heaton), Tender is engaged in something highly suspicious following Hayley Clay's (Kiernan Shipka) predecessor's departure under questionable circumstances.

Amidst this mystery, Harper Stern (Myha'la) is attempting to establish her reputation as a fund manager at Mostyn Asset Management, achieving varying degrees of success, which prompts her to collaborate with her former supervisor, Eric Tao (Ken Leung).

Meanwhile, her ex-Pierpoint associate, Yasmin Kara-Hanani (Marisa Abela), is endeavouring to help secure Henry Muck's (Kit Harington) prospects during his depressive decline.

Numerous fans have been left in suspense and are eager to discover when they can watch the next episode, given that the programme hasn't been made available as a complete box set.

Industry season four, episode three will be released first on HBO Max and HBO in the USA tomorrow (Sunday, January 25) at 9pm Eastern Standard Time.

The episode will then become available on BBC iPlayer on Monday, January 26 at 6am GMT, before the programme airs on BBC One at 10.40pm.

The episode is entitled Habseligkeiten, a German term typically used in the plural and referring to the meagre possessions of a nearly destitute individual. Might this hint at Henry and his declining prospects and finances, or perhaps Tender?

A brief synopsis for the upcoming episode on the BBC's Industry website states: "Harper and Eric pitch to investors to get their short-only fund up and running, while Yasmin, Henry and Whitney head to Vienna, where the lines between business and pleasure become blurred."

HBO has also released a trailer for the forthcoming episode, which revealed Tender and the Mucks travelling to Vienna hoping to secure business, only to be confronted by major investors who intend to withdraw from the company and request a face-to-face meeting.

Furthermore, Tender desperately requires a banking licence to launch their new direction. However, matters take a turn for the worse when Dycker's piece goes live online, with suggestions emerging that the company could be overlooking money laundering activities.

The trailer concludes in typical Industry fashion as it seems that Hayley and Henry may be embarking on a romantic encounter whilst Yasmin is heard enquiring: "Do you want to kiss him?"

Industry season 4 airs on HBO and HBO Max in the USA on Sundays and on BBC iPlayer and BBC One in the UK on Mondays
