Madhya Pradesh: CM Dr. Mohan Yadav reached the pedestrian program by driving a bullock cart, cultural program was spoiled.

Ujjain, 25 January. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, like last year, this time too participated in the Rahgiri Anand Utsav organized in Ujjain. What was interesting was that the CM reached among the common people riding on a bullock cart and met the public by traveling on foot.

In the city of Mahakal, about one and a half kilometer long road was given a cultural traditional form. This time the theme of Raahgiri Anand Utsav was Kisan Unnat Utsav, which has become a symbol of respect towards farmers and rural culture.

A glimpse of Malwa’s culture was shown through paintings on the walls. Madhya Pradesh Police, BSF and CRPF bands gave a joint presentation. The Chief Minister took the parade salute at Rahgiri Utsav. During this, a large number of folk artists, school children and youth participated in different activities in this event.

The Chief Minister picked up the mace, rode on a mare, swung his baton, sang bhajans, played drums, played hockey, distributed helmets, blew conch shells and gave gifts to the children. He also gave a special message of health, safety, cleanliness and fitness through Raahgiri Anand Utsav.

The world of yoga, dance, music, entertainment and sports is seen in the Rahgiri Anand Utsav organized every year on Kothi Road and Mangalnath Temple Road in Ujjain. Children and youth come in large numbers with their families for this special event. Here everyone was seen painted in the same color.

Artists filled Ujjain with the colors of culture by playing music, dance and drums to welcome CM Mohan Yadav. At the same time, in the Raahgiri program, the CM hoisted the saffron flag from the stage set up by Samrat Vikramaditya University and presented a sapling in the name of Mother Swachh Bharat.

CM watched the documentary made on the development of the city

Keeping in mind the upcoming Simhastha 2028, the district administration has also prepared a documentary on the ongoing development works, which was watched by the Chief Minister along with the general public at Rahgiri Anand Utsav. During this, top officers were present. At the conclusion of the program, the Chief Minister honored the farmers by giving them shawl and quince and said that Simhastha will be organized in the year 2028. It will be an opportunity to showcase Indian cultural heritage to the world.
