KVS Recruitment 2026: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has announced recruitment for Special Educators in 2026. Under this recruitment process, a total of 987 Special Educators will be appointed in various Kendriya Vidyalayas across the country, including 493 TGT (Special Educator) positions and 494 PRT (Special Educator) positions.

Main Responsibilities of a Special Educator:
Understanding the learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of children through various methods.
Determining what to teach and what improvements are needed based on the child's previous information and reports.
Communicating with other classroom teachers regarding the children's needs.
Developing and implementing individualized learning plans for each child.
Using appropriate and easy-to-understand methods to explain concepts to children.
Preparing teaching materials and daily lessons according to the child's IEP (Individualized Education Program).
Discussing the child's learning plan with parents and teachers.
Monitoring and recording the child's learning progress.
Preparing periodic reports on the child's progress.
Providing necessary support and interventions to ensure the child achieves their goals.
Maintaining continuous communication with parents.
Explaining the child's learning, expectations, and positive behavior to parents in simple language.
