In this regard, the Bihar School Examination Board has issued an important notice for the students appearing in the Class 12th examination. The Bihar School Examination Board has shared a post regarding this on its official handle @officialbseb on the social media platform X.
According to the information issued by the board, if any student arrives at the centers after the stipulated time and is found forcibly and illegally entering the examination premises, it will be considered criminal trespass, and the concerned examinee will be expelled from the examination for two years. In addition, an FIR will also be registered against the concerned examinee.

The post on X reads, "If any examinee, due to arriving late at their examination center, attempts to enter the examination by jumping over the boundary wall or forcibly and illegally entering through the gate, it will be considered a violation of the committee's instructions and categorized as criminal trespass. It will also be considered a clear attempt to affect the sanctity of the malpractice-free examination and a criminal act."

It further states, "Considering such a case as criminal trespass, the concerned examinee will be expelled from the examination for two years, and an FIR will also be registered against them. Along with this, suspension and legal action will be taken against the center superintendent and other identified persons at that examination center."
