The Indian automobile sector is gearing up for a “storm” of new launches in 2026. After an active 2025, which saw 19 new models, this year could see over 30 passenger vehicles entering the market, including premium and next-generation models.
Why 2026 Looks Big for Car Launches-
Between 2021–2024, only 10–11 models were launched annually, mostly facelifts.
