Positioned as a summer entertainer, the film brings back the chaotic humour the series is known for, this time on a much larger scale.

Earlier, Akshay gave fans a festive surprise by sharing a Christmas video message on Instagram. Wishing viewers a Merry Christmas “from the giant cast of Welcome to the Jungle,” he offered a glimpse into the scale of the film. The clip showcased a long line-up of actors and teased the film’s high-energy tone. It also revealed Akshay in dual looks, one featuring long grey hair and a beard, and the other in a sharp, action-ready avatar.

The video also featured a festive version of the iconic Welcome theme, as characters walked towards each other in a playful standoff. The throwback music, paired with the expanded cast, instantly struck a nostalgic chord with fans of the franchise.
