But this time the company has made a big change in the internal hardware of this device. The company claims that the new AirTag will now offer more than 50 percent more range. This new AirTag connects and works through Apple’s Find My app. It can send signals to any nearby Apple device via Bluetooth. This means that when a lost AirTag comes within range of an iPhone or Mac, its location will be updated and sent to the owner. Users will also be able to display custom messages and contact numbers in Lost Mode.
