Popular Pakistani actors Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain have shared the name of their newborn daughter with fans and followers on social media. The couple welcomed their second child on January 24, 2026, and revealed the name as Sophia Hussain on Tuesday.

Iqra Aziz posted an animated card on her Instagram account along with the caption “Alhamduillah”, expressing her joy at the arrival of their baby girl. The card read, “Our hearts are full as we welcome our baby girl—Sophia Hussain. Allah has blessed us with the most beautiful gift.”

Yasir Hussain also took to Instagram to share the news, posting a heartfelt message alongside a photo of the hospital identification band. He thanked his wife for the precious moments and described the birth as a joyous occasion for the family.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2019, are already parents to a son. They had announced Iqra’s second pregnancy in November 2025, sharing pictures showcasing her baby bump and celebrating the growing family. At the time, Iqra captioned her post, “Happily and chaotically we’re growing to four.”

So far, the couple has not shared a photograph of the newborn, keeping her first glimpse private. Fans and members of the entertainment fraternity have flooded social media with congratulatory messages for the proud parents.
