DSHM Pharmacist Salary: Salary and Job Profile
Selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 32,600 per month. This appointment will be purely on a contractual basis, governed by the National Health Mission (NHM) policy. There will be an initial three-month evaluation period, and the contract may be extended based on performance.

DSHM Pharmacist Eligibility:

Educational Qualification and Eligibility
To apply for this recruitment, the candidate must possess one of the following qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution and registration with the Pharmacy Council
OR

10+2 (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognized board
Diploma in Pharmacy, recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, and registration with the Pharmacy Council

In addition, the candidate should have knowledge of computers.

Age Limit and Relaxation
The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 30 years as on February 07, 2026.
A one-time age relaxation of a maximum of 10 years is given for all categories under PM-ABHIM till March 31, 2026.  Further age relaxation will be given to SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates as per government rules.
