Premier League clubs have everything to play for as the league phase of the Champions League reaches its conclusion. All but Arsenal have plenty to fight for on the final matchday, with the Gunners guaranteed a top-two finish after winning all seven of their European matches thus far.
First hosts last as Kairat visit the Emirates Stadium with neither side playing for anything. However, that is the exception rather than the rule.
Liverpool host Qarabag and Manchester City welcome Galatasaray to the North West with qualification still up for grabs. Chelsea, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are all away, playing Napoli, Paris Saint-Germain and Eintracht Frankfurt, respectively.

Where the Premier League clubs stand going into final matchdayArsenal, like in the Premier League, are top of the table, three points clear of Bayern Munich. Liverpool are not far off in fourth, only behind Real Madrid on goal difference, both of whom are three points adrift of the Bundesliga champions.
Tottenham Hotspur are only a point behind the Reds with a better goal difference. Newcastle United are seventh, a place above Chelsea and three ahead of Manchester City in 11th, but all three are among a glut of teams on 13 points.

The lowest and highest places they can each finish in the league standingArsenal will stay top barring a five-goal swing in favour of Bayern Munich. However, they cannot be leapfrogged by anyone else, so they are assured of at least second place.
Liverpool could come as high as second with a win and Bayern loss to PSV, plus a seven-goal swing as long as there is also a five-goal swing with Real Madrid, should the 15-time champions beat Benfica. However, losing to Qarabag could see them drop as low as 14th if as many as ten results go against them.
Tottenham Hotspur could finish as high as third with a win, as long as Liverpool and Madrid drop points. Spurs, however, can fall as long as 16th with a loss and 12 results going against them.
Chelsea, Man City and Newcastle could all finish as high as third if they win, provided Liverpool, Madrid and Tottenham do not, and they make up the gap in goal difference. They could also come as low as 17th or 18th with a loss and a dozen games going against them.
What each position they can finish in would mean
The exact positions clubs finish in the top 24 will affect their subsequent schedule. Finishing as one of the top two, which Arsenal are guaranteed to be, means they will play all the second legs of their knockout round ties at the Emirates Stadium.
Liverpool will also want to stay in the top four, as it would ensure the second legs of any last-16 and quarter-final ties are at Anfield. All of the top eight will be at home in the second leg against teams who advance through the play-off round.
Play-off ties are determined by a team's league-phase finishes. Ninth plays 24th, while 10th takes on 23rd, a pattern that continues through to 16th playing 17th.
When are the next roundsPlay-off draw: January 30
Knockout play-offs: February 17-18 and 24-25
Round of 16: March 10-11 and 17-18
Quarter-finals: April 7-8 and 14-15
Semi-finals: April 28-29 and May 5-6
Final: Saturday, May 30 at Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary
