TalkTV presenter Kevin O'Sullivan brutally tore apart Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during a recent rant about the potential prospects of the couple returning to the UK. The couple famously stepped down from royal duties in 2020 and relocated to California after their Royal Family fallout. Amid speculation that Harry and Meghan would make their return to the UK with their two children, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibett, three, the TalkTV host issued a scathing response.
During a recent interview on the Daily Expresso podcast with host JJ Anisiobi, Kevin dished on the Sussexes after issuing a brutal verdict about Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the future of the Labour government. The broadcaster admitted: "So, what worries me about Starmer, there's lots of things worrying me about him. He's not a Democrat, he's incompetent, and he's running this country into the ground."
Sharing his hopes for new power, Kevin added: "So would I like Donald Trump to take over from Keir Starmer?
"I mean, Donald shouldn't take this as too much of a compliment, but in a heartbeat I wouldn't mind my dog taking over from Keir Starmer."
Which prompted JJ to question: "What if we got Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to take over instead?"
Completely shunning the thought, Kevin hit back: "Alright, all right, you got me there. Keir can stay. Keir can stay on that basis."
While it remains unlikely that Harry or Meghan would become the next Prime minister, Kevin did address Harry's appearance at his recent High Court trial against the Associated Newspapers Ltd (ANL).
The duke was in attendance to give evidence in the legal case, in which he accused the publisher of unlawful information gathering.
Harry was alongside other claimants, including Sir Elton John, Liz Hurley and Baroness Doreen Lawrence, the campaigning mother of murdered Stephen Lawrence.
He has since returned to US where he made an appearance with his wife Meghan at the Sundance Film Festival.
