In the video, Kareena can be seen performing exercises that focus on functional movements, core training, and consistent exercise, rather than immediate results. These exercises help build overall body strength.

Which exercises does Kareena do?

In the video, Kareena begins by performing step exercises using an aerobic stepper. She alternates between stepping on the ground and the stepper. This set is performed first with one leg and then the other, improving leg strength and balance. She then performs a barbell hold exercise. In this exercise, Kareena firmly grips a barbell in a bent-over position and holds for 10 to 30 seconds. She then loosens it for a few seconds and tightens it again. This improves grip strength, traps, core, and upper back stability.

The next exercise is the hand-to-foot pass with a medicine ball. In this, she passes the ball under her feet and alternately raises her legs. This helps strengthen the core, increases flexibility, and improves body coordination. Next, Kareena performs the standing dumbbell crossover toe touch. In this exercise, she holds a dumbbell in both hands, bends her body, and touches the toe of the opposite foot with one hand, then repeats on the other side. This increases flexibility and core strength.
