Brooklyn Beckham has found himself at the centre of controversy recently amid his continuing family dispute. The-26-year-old delivered a scathing online attack against his celebrity parents through a frank six-page Instagram statement earlier this month.

Brooklyn lambasted his parents David and Victoria Beckham, accusing them of dominating him throughout his entire life, ruining his wedding and placing "Brand Beckham" above him and his wife Nicola Peltz, 31.

Nevertheless, it appears he's prepared to leave the controversy behind and return to one of his interests - cooking. Despite lacking formal culinary training, Brooklyn has demonstrated a keen interest in cooking and regularly posts his recipes and culinary videos online.

He also established a social media programme titled Cookin' With Brooklyn where he prepares meals and experiments in the kitchen and has introduced food-related merchandise, including a hot sauce brand and partnerships with delivery services.

In his latest reel, he showed fans how to make his 'special' spaghetti bolognese.

He was spotted presenting the finished dish at the beginning, as he informed followers: "Let's make my special spaghetti bolognese."

Brooklyn was then spotted dicing an onion, before slicing carrots and celery and tossing them into a pan with oil.

He then greased a frying pan before adding minced beef and cooking it.

Next, Brooklyn transferred the beef into the pan with the remaining ingredients before adding a bottle of red wine.

The bolognese was then spotted bubbling as Brooklyn had included some bay leaves to it. He subsequently incorporated tinned tomatoes.

Nevertheless, he appeared to employ a peculiar technique of extracting the tomatoes from the tin by hand before adding the liquid.

Following this came tomato purée and some seasoning, then it was left to bubble away.

Brooklyn proceeded to add salt to another bubbling saucepan before tipping pasta shells into it.

The shells were subsequently combined with the bolognese sauce, along with a splash of the salted water from the pan before he stirred everything together and sprinkled some cheese on top, mixing once more.

Brooklyn then served it up, grated additional cheese over the dish and added a drizzle of oil, making it ready to enjoy.

The celebrity was captured giving a thumbs up to the camera as he sampled it.

The upload garnered over 86,000 likes with many appearing impressed by the creation.

One admirer declared: "Looks delicious," whilst another commented: "I think you've found your talent."

A third joked: "Yummy, looks posh."

Whilst a fourth confessed: "Not gonna lie, this looks ridiculously good."

Nevertheless, numerous people highlighted that he hadn't actually used spaghetti in the recipe.

"Is the spaghetti in the room with us, hun? ," one person enquired, whilst another commented: "This is not spaghetti."

A third repeated: "Where's the spaghetti?"

Brooklyn later clarified in a comment on the post why he hadn't used spaghetti, as he wrote: "I was going to use spaghetti but ran out."

Others were equally puzzled about the celebrity not using garlic and bewildered by his approach to adding the tinned tomatoes.

"No garlic? And why scoop the tinned tomatoes out with your hands?," one person questioned. Whilst another commented: "Why on God's green earth did he pick the tomatoes out the can with his bare hands instead of just plonking them in like a normal human?"

Others also described the dish as 'basic' and 'nothing special', however, someone else declared: "Well done! Your kitchen, you did it your way! Ignore the critics!".

According to reports, Victoria was 'in bits' over Brooklyn's recentl statement on their family dynamics, with sources close to the Beckhams telling The Mirror: "Victoria is on the floor, shocked to pieces that her son would do this.

"Everyone is in shock. But Victoria is totally in pieces over this. But, she is worried, as is David, that this will be the end of Brand Beckham, with the claims of the falseness and pretend relationships; they are worried about what else he is going to come out with."

Nevertheless, despite the turmoil, Victoria received some positive news this week as she was recognised in Paris, France with a prestigious French cultural award - being named a Chevalier (Knight) of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of Arts and Letters) by the French Ministry of Culture. This honour acknowledges her substantial contributions to the fashion industry and her influence on arts and culture internationally.
