Jeffrey Epstein Files Latest News In Hindi: The US Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday, January 2, 2026, released more than 3 million pages to the investigation files of the late influential financier Jeffrey Epstein. This action was taken under the ‘Epstein Files Transparency Act’ which was created after months of public and political pressure.

The main purpose of this legislation is to expose what the government really knew about Epstein’s sexual abuse of young women and his connections to the world’s rich and powerful.

Huge number of documents and scope of investigation

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch confirmed that the department has posted more than 3 million pages of information in the latest disclosures on its website. These files also include records that were withheld during the initial release in December. According to the US Justice Department, the total number of documents under review has now reached 52 lakh, including duplicate files. The department has deployed a team of hundreds of lawyers to closely scrutinize these records and protect the identities of victims of sexual exploitation.

What is in these files?

The documents released last month included records of Donald Trump flying on Epstein’s private jet in the 1990s and several photos of former President Bill Clinton. However, neither of them have been publicly accused of wrongdoing in relation to Epstein, and both have denied knowledge of his illegal activities. The new files also include transcripts of testimony and call logs from FBI agents interviewing young women who were paid for sex acts.

End of the controversy and current status

Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in a New York prison in August 2019. Her close associate Ghislaine Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year sentence in a Texas prison. Meanwhile, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the lead victim who sued Epstein, died by suicide in Western Australia last year.

This transparent process, running under the supervision of current Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, is now trying to bring to the world the deep secrets that were buried in the files for years.
