M5 traffic LIVE: Motorway closed as incident sparks 2 hour delays near Bristol Airport

The M5 has been closed in both directions due to a "police incident."
A reported "welfare incident" has sparked long queues as motorway cameras show traffic backed up.
Drivers near Bristol Airport have also been warned to expect delays.
The police incident is occurring between Junction 19 near the A369, Martcombe Road, in Portishead, and Junction 18 onto the M49. The exact nature of the incident is unknown. Traffic monitoring site Inrix said: "All traffic is being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to a police incident on the M5 in both directions from J19 A369 Martcombe Road (Portishead) to J18 M49. Just prior to 12:15 all traffic was held."
