Apart from the specially designed rooms and floors, the eight-storey bungalow will also serve as an office where Neetu, Ranbir and Alia can go to narrate scripts and hold meetings for their film projects.
Currently, Ranbir lives with his family in Vastu Apartment in Bandra. Neetu lives separately. According to reports, she co-owns Krishna Raj Bungalow with her granddaughter Raha.
