apply sunscreen every day
Most of us use sunscreen only when in bright sunlight, but pollution and sun rays damage our skin every day. If you’re staying out for a long time, don’t forget to reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hours.
Avoid heavy makeup
If not necessary, avoid heavy makeup. Heavy makeup does not allow your skin to breathe while traveling. Use light cream or BB cream and keep light makeup on eyes and lips. Less makeup can also reduce the problem of acne.
Avoid touching the face frequently
There are many germs in buses, metro and offices, so avoid touching the face again and again. Touching the face with dirty hands can increase acne and irritation. In case of itching, use a clean handkerchief.

We often forget to drink water during travel. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Drink normal water or coconut water. Drinking enough water makes your skin look clear and glowing.
