The Grand Tour star Jeremy Clarkson, 65, has delivered a scathing response to an issue that's been wreaking havoc for his colleagues at Diddly Squat Farm, including partner Lisa Hogan and farm manager Kaleb Cooper.
Yet Jeremy sadly revealed that farmhand Gerald Cooper, who became a household name through Amazon Prime Video's Clarkson's Farm, has borne the brunt of the problem.
Writing in his latest column for The Sun, Jeremy hit out at "idiots with an AI tool" who've been doctoring photographs to fabricate false stories about his friends and fellow stars across social media.

Jeremy highlighted how AI is sparking widespread alarm at present, with the technology being exploited to produce deepfake sexualised imagery, leading the Labour government to introduce legislation criminalising the creation of intimate images without consent.
He wrote: "There's a lot of talk at the moment about how idiots with an AI tool on their phone can post pictures of girls they know without any clothes on. But that's not the extent of the problem.
"On Facebook this week, we heard from just my farm alone that Gerald has died, Kaleb has had another kid, Lisa has left me and I've broken my leg.
"All of the stories were accompanied by a completely realistic photograph. And all of them were complete nonsense."
The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? presenter revealed that the AI misinformation case is particularly aggravating because it's causing considerable "worry" for Gerald, who fears the impact on his children.
He went on: "Do I mind? Yes. Mostly because Gerald is unused to being in the public eye and it worries him that his kids see this kind of thing online.
"So whoever's doing it, pack it in. And stop digitally removing clothes as well, you halfwits."
This marks yet another occasion where Gerald has fallen victim to bogus stories, as shortly before Christmas, Jeremy's partner Lisa was forced to debunk false claims that the Cotswolds farm's "Head of Security" had been rushed to hospital.
Lisa posted a clip of Gerald, who recently battled cancer, grinning and dancing on Instagram with a message that stated: "G-Dwag doing his thang. No he hasn't been in hospital, that's all fake, really stupid and very mean.
"He's a dancin and a laughing. Happy Christmas to Gerald and Family."
