Materials:

  • Suran
  • salt
  • Peri Peri Masala
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • water

Action:

  • To make suran chips, firstly, wash the suran. After that remove the peel from it and cut it into thin slices.
  • Take water in a big pot, mix vinegar and salt in it and keep it for some time.
  • Rinsing the skins of the gourds will reduce the itchiness and make the gourds more palatable.
  • Always apply kokum rasa or any sour substance on it while making suran. This reduces the itching of the hives.
  • Deep fry the dried onion pieces in hot oil in a pan.
  • Take the fried chips in a bowl, season with salt and periperi masala and serve.
  • Suran chips made in easy way are ready.
