It does not require much ingredients to make this dish. Apart from taste, shrimp is also very nutritious for health. But while cleaning the shrimp, the black thread inside should be removed, otherwise the consumption of shrimp may cause harm to the stomach. While cooking any fish dishes, sometimes the fish should be seasoned with salt and kokum. This reduces the fishy smell and enhances the taste of the fish. Materials:

  • Shrimp
  • curry leaves
  • Red chillies
  • Turmeric
  • salt
  • Lemon juice
  • garam masala
  • Cumin Coriander Powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Coriander
  • egg
  • Rice flour
  • Besan

Action:

  • To make Prawn Bhaji, first clean and clean red or white prawns. While cleaning the shrimp, remove the black thread from it.
  • Then rinse the shrimp three times with water. Drain the clear water from the shrimp.
  • Take the prawns in a plate and mix it with finely chopped curry leaves, red chillies, turmeric, salt to taste, garam masala and coriander cumin powder.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, one spoon of kokum agal, egg, rice flour and gram flour to the prepared mixture and mix well. Do not add water at all while making Prawn Bhaji.
  • Heat oil in a pan. After the oil is heated in a pan, add the prawns and deep fry them till they become crispy.
