Great news for youth aspiring to serve in the Indian Army! The Indian Army has revealed the registration timeline for the online Common Entrance Examination (Army CEE 2026), aimed at recruiting Agniveers and Junior Commissioned Officers/Other Ranks. As per the official announcement, the application process will commence tomorrow, February 3rd. Interested candidates can submit their applications by visiting the Army's official portal.


Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Open to Students from 8th to 12th Grade


Different eligibility requirements apply for various positions in this recruitment drive. Here are the specifics:



  • Agniveer General Duty (GD): Candidates must have completed Matriculation/10th grade with at least 45% marks. Preference will be given to those with a driving license for driver roles.

  • Agniveer Technical: Candidates should have passed 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks, ensuring at least 40% in each subject.

  • Clerk/Storekeeper Technical: Applicants must have completed Intermediate/12th grade with 60% marks, including at least 50% in English, Mathematics, Bookkeeping, and Accounts.

  • Agniveer Tradesman: Candidates need to have passed 8th/10th grade with a minimum of 33% marks across all subjects.

  • Military Police: Candidates must have completed 10th grade with at least 45% marks.


The age of candidates should be between 17.5 and 21 years.

All applicants must pay an application fee of Rs. 250 to register for the Indian Army Common Entrance Test (CEE) 2026. This fee can be paid online using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking.
