Haryana News: The court complex in Bhiwani district of Haryana was in panic on Tuesday morning when unknown assailants opened fire. This firing was done targeting a young man who was appearing in the court. The sudden firing created panic in the court premises and people started running here and there.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police team reached the spot and surrounded the entire premises. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Superintendent of Police Sumit Kumar also immediately reached the spot and took stock of the situation. After this, several police teams were formed in search of the attackers and the surrounding areas were blocked.
According to the police, after the firing the accused fled from the spot. The police also chased them, but they managed to escape. Preliminary investigation has revealed that the number of attackers who carried out this incident could be three.
After the incident, senior police officers also reached the court premises and the work of collecting evidence was started. The police have detained some youths and are being interrogated. At present it is not clear whether the detained youth are the attackers or are connected to some other case.
