Ingredients required to make curd-semolina cheela
- 1 cup semolina
- half cup fresh curd
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- a little finely chopped coriander
- salt to taste
- half teaspoon cumin
- water as per need
- A little oil or ghee for baking
Easy method of making curd-semolina cheela
It is very easy to make this healthy and energy-rich cheela. Just follow these steps-
- Combine semolina and curd in a large bowl and mix well.
- Now prepare a thick and smooth batter by adding water little by little.
- Add salt, cumin, onion, green chilli and green coriander to it.
- Keep the batter covered for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells properly.
- Heat a non-stick pan and apply light oil or ghee.
- Pour a ladle of batter on the pan, spread it in a round shape and cook on medium flame till it turns golden from both the sides.
