3 sisters killed in Ghaziabad due to online gaming addiction

New Delhi, 4 February 2026: A shocking incident has taken place in Tilamod Police Station area of ​​Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh which has shocked the entire country. Three close sisters of the same family have ended their lives by jumping from the 9th floor of a high-rise building. Preliminary investigation has revealed that addiction to ‘online task based Korean game’ was the reason behind this incident.

According to the information received, Chetan Kumar’s three daughters, Nishika (age 16), Prachi (age 14) and Pakhi (age 12), living in Bharat City Society and working in online trading, jumped from their room at around 2:15 am. When this incident happened, the parents were sleeping in the adjacent room. Hearing the sound of banging, the society’s security guard and people came running, but by then all three had died tragically.

Shocking details have come to light in the police investigation that the three sisters were in the habit of playing ‘Online Task Based Korean Lover Game’ for some time. After the Corona epidemic, all three daughters did not go to school regularly and their studies were also almost abandoned. Due to being busy with mobile and online games day and night, there is a possibility that he may be mentally lost in a different world.

Shalimar Garden ACP Atul Kumar Singh said, “We received information that three girls had jumped from the 9th floor of Tower B-1, Bharat City at 2:15 in the night. All three were immediately shifted to Loni Hospital, where doctors declared them dead. Police have seized the mobile phones of all three and they will be sent for forensic examination to know what task made them take this extreme step.”
