Built on a 3nm process, the Dimensity 9500s is part of MediaTek's new "s" series, which focuses on delivering near-flagship performance with improved power efficiency and thermal management. This should make the chipset particularly appealing for sustained gaming and heavy multitasking.

Oppo is reportedly eyeing a Q2 2026 launch window for the Find X9s in India and select South Asian markets, alongside a wider release in countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian regions. Earlier leaks have also suggested that Oppo may launch the Find X9s alongside the Find X9 Ultra during this period, signalling a broader mid-year flagship push. OPPO Find X9s Specifications (Expected) In terms of design and display, the Find X9s is tipped to feature a compact 6.3-inch OLED LTPS panel with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Oppo is also expected to use LIPO packaging technology to achieve ultra-slim bezels on all four sides. For security, the handset may include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded under the display.

Camera hardware is shaping up to be a major highlight. Leaks suggest a triple rear camera setup with a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. Powering the device could be a large battery around the 7,000mAh mark, with support for wireless charging and a fully water-resistant build. Interestingly, the same Dimensity 9500s chipset also powers the Redmi Turbo 5 Max, hinting at comparable performance levels. With a premium design, cutting-edge silicon, and aggressive specifications, the Oppo Find X9s could emerge as a strong contender in the global flagship smartphone segment.
