SIR: Final voter list for UP will be published on April 10

New Delhi. The Election Commission has said that the final voter list of Uttar Pradesh will now be published on April 10 instead of March 6. In a letter to the state Chief Electoral Officer on Thursday, the commission said it has considered their request made on February 2 and after considering other relevant factors, the commission has decided to change the schedule of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists released in Uttar Pradesh. The commission said the final voter list for Uttar Pradesh will now be published on April 10.
