According to the police, the deceased woman was Ranjeeta, a resident of Yellapur town. A young man named Rafiq was in love with Ranjita for the last few years. Ranjita was divorced about ten years ago and has a child. Ranjita lived with her parents and elder brother in Yellapur and worked as a food server in a government school.
Both fell in love after divorce
A few months after the divorce, Rafiq and Ranjita became friends, which gradually turned into love. There were good relations between the two families also. Local people said that Rafiq often went to Ranjita's house to have dinner at night.
