Samsung offers 50% discount on AC-fridge servicing before summer season

As the summer season approaches, the demand for AC and refrigerator increases. In this context, Samsung has started a new service, named **Proactive Summer Care Campaign**. This campaign will continue from 4 February 2026 to 15 March 2026. During this period, Samsung is providing its customers with special discounts on AC and refrigerator service, so that they can take proper care of their appliances before the arrival of summer.

Bumper discount on service charge

Under this campaign, Samsung is providing many service benefits. Up to 50% discount is being given on labor charges, pick-up and delivery, and jet cleaning of air conditioners. Additionally, 15% discount on gas charging and 10% discount on spare parts and accessories is also available. Up to 15% discount can also be availed on Samsung Care Plus Maintenance Pack. Additionally, a product discount of 5% is also being given on purchasing from Samsung Store+.

The company says that getting service done before the peak summer season has many benefits. This ensures longer uninterrupted operation of ACs and refrigerators, reduces the risk of breakdown, improves cooling performance, and most importantly, avoids long waits for service during peak seasons. Smart facilities will be available through SmartThings app

Samsung is also promoting its SmartThings app, through which users can control their smart AC and fridge from mobile. The company’s trained technicians will help customers connect the device and also demonstrate the features of the app. With this feature, users will be able to learn to use their devices in a better way.

The campaign includes services like dry cleaning and jet cleaning for ACs. Additionally, the option of cooling coil cleaning is also available for refrigerators. Under this, there are also maintenance service packs that take care of the equipment from time to time, so that performance remains maintained in summer.
