Celina Jaitly Finally REACTS To Getting Legal Help To Fight For Detained Brother Vikrant

Celina Jaitly had approached the Delhi High Court seeking help for her brother, Major (Retd.) Jaitly, who has been detained in the UAE since 2024. She urged the court to direct Indian authorities to provide him with legal and medical assistance, alleging that he was detained and held without communication or proper care.
After almost 17 months of appeal and spreading awareness about this, actor Celina Jaitly has finally received some relief in order to defend his brother Major Vikrant Jaitly (Retd.) After Tuesday, when the court ordered Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to hire legal help in UAE and prepare defense for her brother, sees a ray of hope. Celina Jaitly Reacts To Getting Legal Help In Brother's Case UAE-based legal firm Khalid Almarri Partners and Advocates will be representing Celina's brother and will now take the date of appointment to meet him and know the reason why he has been detained. Talking to Hindustan Times, said, "This order provides the necessary clarity and mandate to ensure coordinated action." She has been relentlessly posted about her brother and written to the necessary associations to be able to fight the case and determined to help him. She had earlier approached the seeking a direction to the Indian authorities to provide the necessary legal and medical assistance to her brother, who is detained in the UAE.

"My request to Modiji is to please bring this soldier back. He has given his entire youth to the nation. If he had done something wrong, there would have been a prosecution by now," she added. Celina further mentioned that India's soldier is in a foreign jail without prosecution and wondered why legal aid should be delayed any further.
