After getting the lease of life, Faheem turned the match towards Pakistan by hitting two sixes. He scored unbeaten 29 runs on 11 balls and was named player of the match.

Pakistan had got the target of 148 runs

In the match played in Colombo on Saturday, Pakistan’s opener Sahibzada Farhan scored 47 runs, which was 3 runs short of fifty. Saim Ayub scored 24 runs.
