RSS program echoes with Salman Khan’s presence
Mumbai: Salman Khan attended the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s lecture series in Mumbai on 7 February 2026. The event is part of the centenary celebrations of the Sangh, the theme of which is “100 Years of Sangh Yatra: New Horizons”. The event took place at the Nehru Center Auditorium in Mumbai, where Salman listened attentively to the address of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.
Salman Khan at RSS program amid tight security
Salman Khan attended the event in blue shirt and dark glasses. As soon as they reached there, fans saw them and started taking out their mobile phones and taking pictures. His entry caught everyone’s attention amid tight security. Many people expressed surprise at his unexpected appearance. Apart from Salman, filmmaker Subhash Ghai, lyricist Prasoon Joshi, Hema Malini, Ashwini Bhave and other prominent personalities were also present at the event.
A total of more than 900 prominent personalities, scientists, industrialists and artists participated in the event. This lecture series is being organized on 7th and 8th February. Its objective is to discuss the 100-year journey of the Sangh, understand its role in the society and decide its future direction. Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat in his address said that the Sangh is not against anyone and it is not in search of power or popularity.
He also explained that the association was not formed in reaction to any incident, but focuses on strengthening the positive efforts going on in the country. He stressed that the Sangh works for the unity and development of the nation. This appearance of Salman Khan has generated a lot of discussion on social media. Many people are considering this as an interesting relationship between Bollywood and social organizations.
According to reports, Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan were also invited for the event, but their attendance was not confirmed. This is nothing new for Salman Khan, as he often attends social and national events. He is also active in social service through Being Human Foundation. This time his presence in the centenary celebrations of RSS made the program even more special. Fans are now sharing videos and pictures, where Salman can be seen listening attentively to Mohan Bhagwat’s speech.
