Islamic State Pakistan Province claimed responsibility for the suicide attack in Pakistan’s Islamabad. This Islamic State Pakistan Province is the Pakistan branch of the Islamic State. It is known that the name of the attacker is Saifullah Ansari. After Friday’s blast, Pakistan pointed the finger at India. On the same night, New Delhi strongly criticized the policy of the government of that country, rejecting Pakistan’s demands. On the other hand, it is reported that the police of that country have already arrested three people in connection with this attack.

Initially, there is a woman among the arrested. Meanwhile, the death toll in the suicide attack has already risen to at least 70. Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari called the attack a ‘crime against humanity’.

After this attack, Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khwaja Asif claimed that the suicide bomber had traveled to Pakistan several times from Afghanistan. Its evidence has been found. He wrote on social media, ‘The link between India and the Taliban is coming to light. The militant was stopped by the security guard. He then opened fire and detonated the last line of worshipers in the mosque.’ After this, Asif targeted India and claimed that India is trying to take revenge in another way after losing to Pakistan. Because India does not have the ability to fight directly.

On the other hand, India’s Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal wrote in a statement, ‘I protest the explosion at the mosque in Islamabad and express my condolences on the loss of life. But it is very unfortunate that Pakistan is not taking this issue seriously and blaming others for the miscreants born on its soil. India rejects any such allegations. They are completely baseless.’
