Indian Railways introduced RailOne Super App

Indian Railways has announced an important change for passengers. From March 1, 2025, the services of the UTS Mobile App will cease to exist and in its place the use of RailOne Super App will now be mandatory. This new app will provide passengers with facilities like reserved and unreserved tickets, platform tickets, real-time train information, food ordering and grievance redressal on a single platform.

RailOne: A comprehensive solution of features

RailOne was launched last year and includes all the core features of UTS and RailConnect. Passengers can easily book reserved tickets, unreserved tickets and platform tickets.

There are multiple payment options available in this app, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and R-wallet.

Passengers can view live train running status, platform information and coach position in real time.

Benefit of 3% bonus on digital payments

Railways has launched special offers on RailOne app to encourage digital ticketing. From January 14, 2026 to July 14, 2026, passengers will get 3% discount on unreserved tickets booked through digital payments. Along with this, passengers will also get 3% cashback bonus on booking tickets through R-wallet.

Food and grievance redressal facilities

Through the RailOne app, passengers can order food from IRCTC authorized vendors directly at their seat. Additionally, it also includes integration with RailMadad for registering complaints and giving feedback.

Benefits of integrated digital platform

The UTS app was launched in 2014 and was considered the leading means of unreserved ticketing. Now with the advent of RailOne, Railways has consolidated all the services on a single digital platform. With this, passengers will get all the necessary facilities from ticket booking to travel experience in a single app.
