- Turmeric

- To make peanut coconut chutney, first of all, roast the peanuts in a pan on low flame till they become crispy.
- Keep the roasted peanuts to cool. In the same pan, roast curry leaves, Suk Khobar, Udid Dal and Red Chillies separately.
- Keep the baked goods to cool. Peel the cooled peanuts and put them in a mixer bowl.
- Peanuts, roasted all ingredients in a mixer bowl. Add red chillies, turmeric and salt to taste, tamarind, vegetable dal and divide the chutney.
- Then add oil to the chutney pan and fry it on low flame. Easy Peanut Coconut Chutney is ready.
