Former Arsenal footballer Thomas Partey has been charged with tw counts of rape after previously facing five counts.
The Ghanaian international is now facing two additional charges alleged by a new victim.
Previously,he was charged with five counts of sexual misconduct in July 2025 by two women and one accusing him of sexual assault.
He is now facing accustaions by four women.
The new charges are bering reported of being linked to a report made in August 2025.
It is followed by a new investigation by the Metropolitan Police into allegations of rape from 2020.
Thomas will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on March 13 for his first hearing.
As of now, he has denied all allegations made against him.
The footballer pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual assault at Southwark Crown Court in September 2025 where he was given conditional bail.
The alleged crimes took place between 2021 and 2022 when he was playing for north London club Arsenal.
Four days after he left Arsenal when his contract expired, he was charged for the said offences.
