The State Bank of India (SBI) has extended the deadline to apply for 2,050 Circle-Based Officer (CBO) positions. Candidates who dream of a government job in the bank but have not yet applied can now apply for these Circle-Based Officer positions until February 25, 2026. All candidates are advised to complete the application process before the deadline, they will not be given a second chance to apply.

Educational Qualifications
To apply, candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in India.

Age Limit
The age of candidates applying for these positions will be calculated as of December 31, 2025. The minimum age is 21 years, and the maximum age is 30 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories. SC and ST candidates will be given a five-year age relaxation, OBC candidates will be given a three-year age relaxation, and candidates with disabilities will be given a ten-year age relaxation.

Selection Method
Candidates will be selected based on a written examination and an interview. The written examination will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions from English language, banking awareness, general awareness, and computer subjects, totaling 120 marks. This examination will be conducted for two hours. Candidates selected in this examination will be invited to a descriptive test.
