EV major Ola Electric managed to trim its net loss for the December 2025 quarter (Q3 FY26) by 14% to ₹487 Cr from ₹564 Cr in the year-ago quarter. However, loss increased 17% from ₹418 Cr sequentially.

The decline in the loss came at the cost of its top line. The company’s operating revenue plunged 55% YoY and 32% QoQ to ₹470 Cr. Including other income of ₹33 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹504 Cr.

Total expenses also halved year-on-year to ₹741 Cr.

The company’s auditor highlighted its negative cash flow from operations of ₹866 Cr during the nine-months period ended December 31, 2025, primarily on account of continued operating losses and lower-than expected growth in sales volume.

“Accordingly, the Group’s management has carried out an assessment of its going concern assumption and believes that the Group will be able to continue to operate as a going concern for the foreseeable future and meet all its liabilities as they fall due for payment,” the auditor said.

The company’s revenue from auto sales halved year-on-year to ₹430 Cr. Beyond the core revenue driver, Ola Electric also registered an income of ₹9 Cr from sale of its cells as well as a production linked incentive of ₹37 Cr during the quarter.

The company delivered 32,680 E2Ws in Q3 FY26, a 61% drop from 84,029 units delivered in the year-ago quarter. However, its cell production zoomed to 72,418 from 30,800 in the previous quarter.
