A total of 75 positions will be filled through this recruitment process. These include positions for Joint Registrar (5), Deputy Registrar (6), Principal Private Secretary (10), Assistant Registrar (1), Court Officer (14), Senior Private Secretary (16), and Private Secretary (23). Appointments will be made to the Principal Bench and 31 state benches across the country.

Only those who have retired from the Central Government, the Supreme Court, or Tribunals are eligible to apply for these positions. Work experience at the relevant pay level is required. Most positions require a Bachelor's degree and experience in administrative or court-related work. The experience requirements vary for each position, so please review the notification.

Selected candidates will receive a salary as per the 7th Pay Commission pay matrix. Pay will range from Level 7 to Level 12. Other pay and terms will be determined by the government order dated December 9, 2020.

The maximum age for applying is 62 years. The initial contract is for a one-year period. This contract can be extended to a maximum of 5 years or up to the age of 65, depending on performance and needs. However, this is a purely temporary position. The contract will expire upon the arrival of a regular officer.

This is an open vacancy, meaning you can apply as long as the position is vacant. The department can terminate the contract without giving any reason. Selection will be based on previous experience, service record, and personal interview.
