Hassan: The JMFC court in Hassan has ordered maintenance of status quo in connection with the removal of a compound wall on a site in Vidyanagar that is said to belong to Pushpa, mother of actor Yash.
As per the order issued on April 16, 2025, the court directed that no further action should be taken until the disposal of the petition filed by Pushpa, in accordance with the judgment and its implementation.
The court has restrained the petitioner from altering or transferring the nature of the property and directed that the disposal of the application be expedited. It also stated that the disputed property should not be given on rent or sold by the petitioners, Pushpa and Devaraju.
The court instructed that the status quo must be maintained until further orders.
