The threat to human jobs due to AI is constantly increasing. Millions of people have already lost their jobs worldwide, and large companies like Amazon are constantly laying off employees to focus on AI. Amidst all this, new information has emerged that shows the extent to which this trend can go. A man in Florida, USA, is running his company without any humans, with AI agents handling everything from data management to HR, supply chain to communications.
15 AI agents handle all the company's work.
Florida defense-tech entrepreneur Aaron Sneed is running his entire company with the help of 15 AI agents. He said this has reduced his costs and sped up work. In an interview with Business Insider, Sneed said, "I've formed a council. It consists of 15 AI agents, each assigned a specific task. To manage them all, there's a Chief of Staff agent who prioritizes tasks. This council also holds meetings where documents and proposals are reviewed to remove errors."
AI agents have been given special training
Sneed has been working on autonomous platforms for several years. He said he uses ChatGPT's business platform and Nvidia hardware. He has trained AI agents to not only follow instructions but also challenge ideas, analyze proposals, and provide feedback.
Sneed still doesn't fully trust AI
Sneed, who relies entirely on AI agents, still doesn't fully trust this technology. He believes AI cannot completely replace humans. Citing an example, he said that his legal agent can draft documents and process data, but only a human lawyer can make the necessary decisions based on them. Even if agents are perfect, they cannot match human context and experience.
