The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the exam date for the 72nd Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2026. According to the official exam calendar, the BPSC 72nd CCE Preliminary Exam will be held on July 26, 2026. However, the detailed notification has not yet been released, which will be posted on the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in.
It should be noted that the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) is held annually to recruit candidates for several important administrative positions in the Bihar government. These positions include:
Deputy Collector
- Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP)
- District Social Officer
- Second Allied Service
- The exam is conducted in three stages
The BPSC CCE exam is conducted in three stages. It consists of a preliminary exam, a main exam, and then an interview. Candidates must pass each stage to advance to the next stage.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Indian
Age: Generally between 20 and 37 years (relaxation for reserved categories as per rules)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
