Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made a big announcement on Friday regarding Shikshamitras and instructors. The Chief Minister has announced to increase the salary of Shikshamitras and instructors. Now Shikshamitras will get Rs 18 thousand instead of Rs 10 thousand. This system will be implemented from April. Along with this, instructors will be given Rs 17 thousand.

CM Yogi said that, where there is no Kasturba Gandhi Residential School, schools will be built there. A provision of Rs 580 crore has been made for this. From April, Shikshamitras will be given Rs 18 thousand and instructors will be given Rs 17 thousand. Five lakh cashless treatment facility will be provided for teachers.
Along with this, CM Yogi said, more than 5000 patents have been filed by universities, out of which more than 300 have been approved. Before 2017, private universities used to be picked and chosen for approval. There were six divisions of the state where there was not even a single university.
We established Maa Shakubhari University. Now universities are being constructed in these mandals. We are not only creating state universities but are also promoting private universities and inviting foreign universities so that they can have healthy competition in the field of education.
