There's great news for young people preparing for government jobs in Rajasthan. The selection process for the Class IV Employee Recruitment 2024, conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, has now reached its final stage. After the board released the results of the first phase, preparations for the Document Verification (DV) of candidates have been completed. This crucial task has been assigned to the Education Department, which will conduct the entire process at the divisional level. For this recruitment for a total of 53,750 posts, twice the number of candidates were shortlisted, but due to equal marks, the documents of a total of 145,250 candidates will now be scrutinized.

According to guidelines issued by the Education Department, the document verification process will begin on March 9th and continue until April 13th. Although the entire process spans 36 days, the actual work will only take place for 22 days due to various public holidays. All nine education boards in the state have been activated for this task. Each division has been assigned the target of verifying the documents of an estimated 16,000 candidates. For this purpose, 30 special teams will be formed at the divisional level, each of which will match the records of 25 candidates daily. Thus, approximately 6,750 candidates will be verified daily across the state.

The process will be completed in seven phases.
To streamline the document verification process, it has been divided into seven phases. The first phase will run from March 9 to 13, followed by the second phase from March 16 to 19. The third phase is scheduled from March 23 to 25, and the fourth phase on March 27. The fifth phase will be held on March 30, the sixth phase from April 1 to 2, and the seventh phase from April 6 to 10 and April 13. The department has also clarified that, if necessary, an eighth phase may be held on April 15 and 16. To ensure the successful conduct of this entire process, teams will be formed and given special training by February 24th.

Youth Await Final Results
The Class IV employee recruitment was one of the biggest recruitments in Rajasthan last year, for which millions of youth applied. Since the preliminary results were released, candidates have been eagerly awaiting appointments. The Education Department and the Selection Board are striving to ensure a transparent and speedy verification process so that selected candidates can be appointed as soon as possible. This divisional-level verification will facilitate candidates within their own divisions and facilitate better crowd management.
