Gordon Ramsay's daughter is following in her father's footsteps, having kickstarted her newfound culinary career. Tilly Ramsay is paving the way for a new generation of chefs, sharing easy recipes that all the family can enjoy making at home.
In a recent TikTok video, Tilly shared her simple recipe for the perfect weekend bake: a batch of homemade blueberry muffins. To ensure the muffins are super moist and perfectly fluffy in the centre, Tilly adds a secret ingredient. Not only will it help the texture, it will also add a generous helping of protein to the mix.
Her star ingredient? Greek yoghurt.
Tilly said: "Adding Greek yoghurt to these muffins is my favourite way of adding a little bit of extra protein, as well as helping keep the muffins nice and moist."
She described the muffins as perfect to have one on the go or enjoyed with a cup of coffee. Adding a crumble to the top will also help give the muffin a nice crunch, too.
Tilly's video has already been viewed over 164,100 times, receiving 5,443 likes and 50 comments. One person shared: "It's taking me back to the days of Matilda and the Ramsay bunch... my favorite show when I was younger."
