2. Amla and Aloe Vera Juice
This combination works like a “beauty elixir”. Amla contains 20 times more vitamin C than orange, which helps in the formation of collagen. Aloe vera removes toxins from the body. Mix 10ml Amla juice and 10ml Aloe Vera juice in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. This will make your skin tight and glowing.

3. Soaked Walnuts and Chia Seeds
Walnuts and chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These retain the natural moisture of your skin and bring back the glow after parlor facial. Soak 2 walnut kernels and 1 teaspoon chia seeds overnight. Consume these in the morning.
