Users facing network problems in Reliance Jio

Recently, during the festivals, Reliance Jio users faced network issues. At around 6:55 pm on Thursday evening, the number of Jio- complaints on outage tracking website Downdetector suddenly increased to 603. Disruptions in mobile connectivity, signal loss and Jio Fiber network have been most commonly observed.

According to complaints data, around 42% users faced difficulties in mobile network. Many people reported facing difficulties in making calls and sudden drops in internet speed.

Complaints about not getting signal

About 32% of the users reported that there was no signal coming in their phones. This problem was especially seen in areas where the network completely disappeared after a power cut.

Jio fiber also affected

Not just mobile, but 26% of the complaints were also to Jio Fiber. Many users reported that Wi-Fi stopped suddenly, due to which their work was affected.

Many users also expressed their displeasure on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). One user wrote, “I work in the tech sector and every time there is a power outage, Jio network disappears. Come home during festivals and connectivity is extremely important. Jio should look into this.”
