India beats Zimbabwe: India has won its second match of Super-8. He registered a big win against Zimbabwe in Chennai and with that he also jumped in the points table. Now his run rate is no longer in minus but has become positive, which was very important to boost his hopes of reaching the semi-finals. After defeating Zimbabwe, India now has 2 points in the points table of Group A of Super-8 after 2 matches.

India had set a lofty target of 257 runs for Zimbabwe to win, but they failed miserably to chase it. Except Brian Bennett, none of the Zimbabwean batsmen could stand against the Indian bowling.
